In Rye his family lived at 68 New St. Donald enlisted and served in the Merchant Marines during World War II.

Donald M. Richard, age 85, of Ruskin, Fla. died Saturday January 29, 2011. Visitation will be held from 2-3p.m. Tuesday with Funeral Services at 3p.m. Tuesday February 1, 2011 at Mansion Memorial Park and Funeral Home in Ellenton, FL.

Survivors include one son John Paul and his wife Shirley; one daughter Patricia Dixey and her husband Bernard; one sister Gloria Ferber; six grandchildren and four-teen great grandchildren. Published in The Herald on February 1, 2011
