Charles E Reutter was born in New York in 1917. In Rye his family lived at 509 Boston Post Rd. Charles served as an officer in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Charles Reutter
When Charles Ernest Reutter was born on December 22, 1917, in New York City, New York, his father, Charles, was 27 and his mother, Mildred, was 20. He married Harriet Rogers Flannery on June 22, 1940, in Southfield, Michigan. They had two children during their marriage. He died on November 29, 1977, in West Hyannisport, Massachusetts, at the age of 59.
