Ralph C. Carroll

Ralph C Carroll Jr. was born on May 8, 1914, in New York, his father, Ralph, was 31 and his mother, Dorothy, was 30. He had four brothers; James, Livingston, William and Curtis.

In Rye his family lived on Hilltop Place and were members of Christ Church. Ralph was a graduate of the Taft School and Yale University Class of '37.

Ralph C Carroll enlisted on January 27, 1941, in New York City, New York, during World War II. He was 26 years old. He served overseas as lieutenant in the U.S. Army, stationed in Iceland.

Ralph married Edith Mc Williams August 7, 1952 in Philadelphia. The couple had one daughter during their marriage,

He was a member of the Yale Club of New York, the Apawamis Club and was a member of the Association of Ex-members of Squadron A. He was an avid golfer winning many tournaments over many years.

Ralph C Carroll Jr. died on July 13, 1995, in Greenwich, Connecticut, at the age of 81.
