BIOGRAPHY
Vincent L. Ianniello
Vincent L. Ianniello was born in Castelfranco, Province of Benevento Italy on June 8, 1925. He was the son of the late Angelina and Leonardo Ianniello. Vincent had two sisters Marie and Yolanda. In Rye his family lived on Clinton Avenue and were members of the Church of the Resurrection. Vincent was educated in the Rye Public School System and a Rye High School Graduate, Class of 1943.
He enlisted and served in the U.S. Army during World War II in Germany and Belguim as a Sergeant. He was wounded shortly before Christmas 1944 and received the Purple Heart.
He attended school in New York City for clock repair and jewelry design. He was employed by various jewelry stores in White Plains, Port Chester, and Greenwich.
Vincent Ianniello, 89 of Rye Brook, NY passed away on April 4, 2015. He was predeceased by his sisters Marie Ianniello and Yolanda Fiorito. He is survived by his 3 nieces, Carol King (Edward), Linda Fiorito, Lisa Laracca (Paul) and several great nieces and nephews
