BIOGRAPHY
 
Wade F. Headen was born in NORTH CAROLINA in 1924. In Rye his family lived at 36 Cedar Place. Wade enlisted in 1943 and served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Frank Headen Age 77 entered into eternal rest with God on Dec. 11, 2001 in Christiana Hospital. Beloved husband of Kathleen Headen. Loving father of Jacqueline Stroman, Deborah Spears, Beverly Moss & Sylvia Douglin. Stepfather of Mark Betts, Caren Benjamin, Lallie, Louis & Jerry Perkins. Brother of the late Andrew Headen. Also survived by 20 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; a host of cousins, other family & friends.

Frank was a truck driver for over 30 years & was active in his church & community.

Funeral 12 noon Mon., Dec. 17 at Pilgrim Baptist Church, 1325 Barksdale Rd., Newark, where friends may view from 10-12. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in his memory to Pilgrim Baptist Church (W.F. Headen Educational Fund), 1325 Barksdale Rd., Newark, DE 19715.
