Woodrow W. Baker
Woodrow W. Baker was born in Port Chester New York on January 16, 1919. In Rye his family lived at
61 Old Post Road
. Woodrow enlisted and served in the U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.
He was a retired Chief Master Sgt. for the Air National Guard; U.S. Air Force, World War II Veteran and a member the First United Methodist Church, Spring Hill, Fla.
Woodrow W. Baker, 78, of Spring Hill, Fla., died Wednesday, Oct. 1, 1997. Born in Portchester, New York, he moved to Florida 16 years ago from Danbury, Conn.
Survivors included his wife of 54 years, Edith; two daughters: Susan (Ralph) Bruno of Kent, Conn., Nancy (Charles) Glorioso; four grandchildren: Rachel and Lauren Bruno and Steven and Michael Glorioso.
