Joseph Clyle Flora was born on March 4, 1905, in Willsboro, New York, his father, Joseph, was 43 and his mother, Carrie, was 41. He had five brothers and three sisters. He married Grace M. Cozino 17 Jul 1954. He died in 1999 at the age of 94, and was buried in Union, New York. In Rye his family lived at 190 Central Avenue. Clyle enlisted and served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
