Walt and I were classmates and close friends at Rye High School. We were also teammates on the baseball team, Walt an outstanding catcher and me a pitcher. Walt was a talented catcher and a strong batter. We won our league in our junior and senior years and always had a great time playing together. Rest in peace, Walt, and may God bless you!
